I have proudly called Johnson County home for over 28 years and truly enjoy helping clients—especially those new to the area! I graduated from Southwestern High School and studied Business Administration at IUPUI, which provided a strong foundation in business, negotiation, and client advocacy. I began my real estate career at just 18 years old as a receptionist in a real estate office, gaining hands-on industry experience from the ground up. In my first year as an agent, I closed over $2 million in sales volume and have remained a multi-million-dollar producer every year since. Today, I am a Managing Broker and an active member of the Indianapolis Board of REALTORS®. Karlee manages the timeline for every file, oversees documentation, tracks critical deadlines, and serves as the central point of communication among clients, agents, lenders, title companies, and attorneys. This proactive approach helps prevent delays, reduce stress, and ensure nothing is overlooked throughout the process.

With a strong understanding of real estate procedures and compliance requirements, Karlee ensures that all paperwork is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
